Colorado and Utah - August 2006

Glenwood's also gotten bigger, even since I've been out here. Driving back east on I-70, I've run into traffic jams from the commuters trying to exit the highway. So now the houses are creeping up the river (left), and up the hillside (center). There have always been houses along the river. That one on the right is probably owned by Japanese or Englishmen, since it has gardening right down to the river bank.

What, you wanted pictures of Red Mountain? Look, you can get those anywhere. Who else gives you an architectural tour of small-town Colorado?
