I don't know if this was a retread from the Super Bowl, but the Budweiser ad spoofing the Coors ad was pretty good, too.
I can't tell you how delighted I am to hear Che Guevara get a kind introduction and applause. Just delighted.
The Carson tribute was very, very funny. Reminded me of just how talented Carson was. He did a much better job of it than Whoopie.
The President of the Academy usually comes out with some self-important comment. This time, it was nice to see him honoring the troops, and hoping that their movies bring them home for an hour, not that they demoralize them.
Didn't the two guys who won for best adaptation make you happy they won?
Why is Sideshow Bob singing the song from "Shrek II"?
Is is just me, or could this very melodic song from "The Chorus" be improved with more action from, er, the Chorus?
I did like the Pepsi commercial based on "Spartacus." Kind of hoping they'll do some more.
